This is a horticulture-based workshop designed to provide a peaceful, creative space for individuals experiencing grief or significant life transitions. Through the process of choosing, planting, and caring for a living plant, participants are invited to reflect on memories, growth, resilience, and self-care.
This workshop is not therapy or a support group. It is a guided gardening experience that uses plants as a meaningful tool for reflection, connection, and nurturing.
Participants will create their own personal living garden by:
- Choosing a container from the garden center’s available pot selection
- Selecting plants that connect with their personal journey
- Learning basic planting and care techniques
- Creating a meaningful arrangement
- Participating in guided reflection and journaling activities
