Important Note About Canopy Orders
At this time, all deliveries and shipping services are handled exclusively through Mandy’s Spring Nursery in Granville, NY. Canopy of Saratoga does not currently offer shipping or delivery. Any fees, delivery zones, or fulfillment services listed below apply only to orders fulfilled from our Granville nursery location.

We offer delivery within a 60-mile radius of our Granville, NY location. Deliveries beyond this area may be available — please contact us for a custom quote.
Standard Delivery Pricing
Delivery fees are based on distance and assume a straightforward unload (under 5 minutes, no machinery required). Larger or more complex deliveries will incur additional charges.

Large Trees & Special Equipment
Deliveries that include large balled & burlapped (B&B) trees or shrubs may require machinery and extra handling. These orders will be reviewed and quoted individually through our draft order process. Additional fees may apply if:
Unloading exceeds 5 minutes
Special machinery is required
Multiple trucks or additional labor are needed
The delivery extends beyond the agreed scope
All charges will be confirmed prior to delivery.
Installation Services
Our installation service includes the plant, compost, fertilizer, mulch, planting labor, and a 1-year guarantee on installed plants. Installation is handled by our professional team and quoted as part of your draft order.
Installation Pricing
While every project is unique, a helpful rule of thumb is: Installation typically costs about the same as the plant itself. For example, if a plant costs $149.99, installation may also be in the $149.99 range.
Final pricing is determined by the designer or install planner, based on plant size, site conditions, access, and equipment needs.

Design Services
Need help planning your garden or landscape? We offer hourly design consultations, site planning, and custom layout services. These are quoted separately through a draft order.

Pick-Up Options
Prefer to pick up your order? Online orders often take up to 48 hours to prepare, especially during our busy season. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before traveling for pickup.
