Mandy’s Spring Nursery is nestled in the hills of Granville, New York — just minutes from the Vermont border. Look for our sage green barn and landscaped grounds surrounded by fields and forest. We’re easy to spot once you turn onto County Route 28 (Hebron Road).

From the West (Hudson Falls, Fort Edward & Glens Falls)
From Burgoyne Avenue, take Route 196 East to South Hartford. Turn left onto Route 40 North for about 2.5 miles, then turn right onto Route 149 East just after the Stewart’s Shop in Hartfod. Continue 5.5 miles — you’ll see our sign across from a large white church. Take your first right immediately after the church onto County Route 28 (Hebron Road). We’re a half-mile down on the right in the big sage green barn.
From the East (Manchester, Vermont)
Take Route 30 North to Granville, NY (about 25 minutes). In town, turn onto Route 149 West toward Glens Falls — this intersects with Route 22 near the McDonald’s. Continue 2.5 miles and take your second left onto County Route 28 (Hebron Road). The turn comes on a sharp bend, so it will feel like you’re going straight. We’re 30 seconds down on the right — look for the sage green barn and sign.
From the North (Whitehall & Ticonderoga)
Take Route 22 South to Granville, then turn right onto Route 149 West. Continue 2.5 miles and turn left onto County Route 28 (Hebron Road). We’re just ahead on the right-hand side.
Parking
Parking is available on-site at Mandy’s Spring Nursery. Please follow signs for customer parking near the main barn.

You’ll know you’ve arrived when you see the sage green barn, rows of plants, and the sound of the nursery creek running nearby. It’s a beautiful place to visit — and where every garden begins.

Getting Here
Canopy is located along U.S. Route 9, directly across from the SUNY Adirondack Wilton Campus and just south of Nove Restaurant. You’ll see our black-paneled storefront and brass cupola — a landmark for good coffee, local goods, and simple living.

From the North (Glens Falls & Lake George)
Take I-87 South to Exit 17. Follow Route 9 South toward Saratoga. Canopy will be on your right-hand side — just past Nove Restaurant and across from the SUNY Adirondack Wilton Campus.
From the South (Saratoga Springs & Albany)
Take I-87 North to Exit 15 and follow signs for NY-29 Truck East. Turn right onto Marion Avenue (U.S. Route 9) and continue north. After you pass the SUNY Adirondack Wilton Campus, Canopy will be on your left — just beyond the Wilton Animal Hospital and across from the college.
From Downtown Saratoga
Head north on Broadway and turn left onto Marion Avenue (U.S. Route 9). Continue past SUNY Adirondack Wilton — we’re on the left-hand side, just past the veterinarian’s office.
Parking
All parking is available on-site at Canopy. Enter through the main drive and follow signs for café and retail parking.
Look for the Details
You’ll know you’ve arrived when you see the cupola and weathervane glowing above the black-paneled storefront. Step inside for coffee, plants, and the feeling of Upstate at its best.
