Try Our July Specialty Drinks

Our café menu changes with the season. This July, Canopy is serving four limited-time drinks:

The Salty Cowboy

An iced latte finished with a salted maple cream top. Sweet, salty and made for a summer drive through upstate New York.

By the Campfire

An iced Americano layered with bold espresso, chocolate, French madeleine syrup and toasted marshmallow flavor. It tastes a little like the campfire part of an Adirondack trip—without smelling like smoke for the rest of the day.

Blueberry Muffin Matcha

A creamy iced matcha latte made with premium matcha, blueberry purée and madeleine syrup. Fresh, lightly sweet and inspired by a blueberry muffin.

Purple Rain Iced Tea

A colorful and refreshing seasonal iced tea made for hot July afternoons.

Seasonal drinks are available for a limited time and may change as ingredients sell through.

Stay for Breakfast, Lunch or a Snack

Canopy Café serves more than drinks. Depending on the day and season, you may find:

  • Avocado bagels and toasted bagels
  • Broccoli and mushroom quiche
  • Cheddar toasties, including a gluten-free option
  • Blueberry cream, chocolate and other fresh croissants
  • Rotating Soups such as broccoli cheddar, chicken noodle and beef chili
  • Cookies, pastries and other café treats
  • Canopy classics such as the Bustin’ Dustin oat milk brown sugar latte and the Buzzin’ Bee honey lavender latte

The menu changes, which is part of the fun. There is usually something familiar, something seasonal and something you did not plan on ordering until you saw it.

A Garden Center Worth Exploring

You do not need to arrive with a plant list to enjoy Canopy. Walk through the garden center, see what is blooming now and get ideas for your own yard, patio or porch.

Our plant selection changes throughout the growing season and may include annuals, perennials, flowering shrubs, trees, evergreens, houseplants, pottery and seasonal garden goods. Our team can help you choose plants that make sense for your space and for northern New York growing conditions.
